Terms and conditions for using our services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Tego Global services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all services provided through Tego Global (ABN 90 926 139 066), operating as a sole trader.
2. Services Description
We provide limited software development consulting services as a sole trader, including:
Technical consulting
Project development guidance
Limited prototyping services
As a sole trader, our service capacity is limited to what one individual can reasonably provide.
3. Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:
Provide clear project requirements
Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
Make payments according to agreed schedules
Respect intellectual property boundaries
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
Most engagements require payment in advance or milestone-based payments
Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of deliverables specifically created for your project
Mohammad Syed retains ownership of the general methodologies and tools used
Both parties must respect third-party intellectual property rights
6. Service Limitations
As a sole trader business, we:
Cannot guarantee specific response times due to limited capacity
May not be able to take on all requested projects
Provide services based on individual availability
Cannot offer enterprise-level service guarantees
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:
Our liability for breach of any non-excludable consumer guarantee is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having the services supplied again
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits
You acknowledge that as a sole trader business, our capacity to provide remedies is limited
8. Governing Law
The laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia, govern these terms. Any disputes will be resolved through:
Good faith negotiation between parties
Mediation if negotiation fails
The courts of the Australian Capital Territory, if mediation fails
9. Business Name Disclosure
Tego Global is a registered business name operating as a sole trader. This registration does not create a separate legal entity. The sole trader is personally responsible for all business operations.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with:
14 days written notice for ongoing engagements
Immediate termination for material breach of these terms
Final payment required for work completed up to the termination date
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version will always be available on our website with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
