Our Story
Tego was founded in 2023 by Co-Founders Mohammad Syed and Oscar Nguyen. Mohammad serves as Co-Founder and Project Management, while Oscar is Co-Founder and Technical Lead. Together, they bring extensive experience in building and managing remote development teams.
Both founders have successfully set up development teams across Australia, UK, US, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other countries. Their combined expertise in project management and technical leadership has enabled them to create a comprehensive platform that connects companies with top-tier talent from Pakistan, Philippines, and Vietnam.
Since our founding, we've focused on building the infrastructure, processes, and relationships necessary to make remote team building seamless and successful for companies worldwide.
